What Happens Next?
Thank you for choosing Celtic Trails for your walking holiday! We’re delighted to receive your booking request and appreciate the opportunity to plan your journey.
We will now make some preliminary availability checks for your chosen dates to ensure your chosen holiday is feasible and will be in touch within one working day with a personalised estimate based on your requirements.
Please note: this is not a booking confirmation just yet, so we kindly ask you do not make any travel arrangements at this stage.
Our Booking Process
- Submit a booking request with your requirements.
- We check availability and provide a personalised estimate. If you’re happy to proceed, we will collect your full details and a deposit payment (£150 per person or £100 per person for a single-centre break).
- Once all accommodations are secured, we will send your holiday booking confirmation and invoice.
- Your final balance will be due eight weeks before departure.
- After final payment, we prepare your Walk Pack, which will be sent six weeks before departure.
Important Notes
- A deposit is required to secure your booking. Until then, your request is provisional.
- Deposit payments are non-refundable if you cancel after booking.
- The booking process typically takes 2-5 working days, but we will keep you updated if it takes longer.
- If your preferred dates are unavailable, we will suggest alternatives. If these do not suit you, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- For bookings made within eight weeks of departure, full payment will be required upon confirmation.
